Cancellation and Refund Policy

CANCELLATION AND REFUND POLICY

Effective Date: 1st July 2025

At DrMindOnline, we understand that unexpected events may arise. This policy outlines our cancellation and refund terms for booked sessions.

1. Cancellation by Client

    • Cancellations must be made at least 48 hours before the scheduled session to receive a full refund(minus bank transaction fees).

    • Cancellations made within 48 hours of the session time are non-refundable, unless in exceptional cases (e.g., medical emergency) subject to review.

2. Rescheduling

    • You may reschedule your appointment free of charge if done at least 48 hours before your session.

    • Rescheduling within 48 hours may incur a fee or require forfeiture of the session, depending on the psychologist’s availability.

3. No-Shows

If you do not attend a scheduled session without prior notice, the session will be considered missed and non-refundable.

4. Cancellation by Psychologist

    • If your psychologist cancels, you will be offered:
    • A rescheduled session at no additional cost, or
    • A full refund of the session fee.

5. Refund Process

    • Refunds, if approved, will be processed within 14 business days to the original payment method.
